Zdenko is the founder and general manager of Coral Consulting Service and is responsible for the company in general as well as for the implementation of the vision and the strategy.

 

 

This is the motto that Zdenko Štriga lives and work by. Facing great challenges and daring the leap into the unknown are just as much a part of his philosophy of life as the enthusiasm for new ideas and their implementation.

 

Zdenko began his career in the 1980s as a wholesaler in the consumer electronics industry. During this time, he worked in both advisory and operational functions on a national and international basis. Therefore, he managed to build up a broad network in Southeast Europe and Asia (especially in Japan and Korea).

 

He used the worldwide computer boom at the end of the eighties and the beginning of the nineties to build up an export business to Southeast Europe, as he recognized and took advantage of the great demand. During this time, he observed the increasing regional conflicts and the resulting economic instability, which showed him the deficits and the fundamental problems of this European region. That was the hour of birth of a long-term vision and strategy.

 

In 1993 Zdenko founded a consulting company (business center) in Frankfurt am Main. Until 2005 he worked as a consulting expert and supported several companies for many years on topics such as economic development in the developing countries of Southeast Europe. As an experienced consulting professional, Zdenko accompanied large companies in the planning and implementation of investment projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. His focus was primarily on tendering support and the implementation of investment projects in Southeastern Europe.

 

Since 2006, Zdenko has been a competent adviser in the field of Digital Transformation Strategy for German and Southeast European small to medium-sized companies.

 

In 2021 he founded Coral Consulting Service to offer his many years of experience to all interested parties worldwide who want to invest in Southeast Europe. Coral is intended to be a strategic partner and serve as an interface to network investors and project providers from Southeastern Europe.

 

Zdenko Štriga is married, has two children and has lived and worked in Frankfurt am Main since 1972.
