FROM IDEA TO REALIZATION
Each of our projects begins with numerous ideas about what we can do to improve the lives and standards of the people in south-east Europe. We do it in collaboration with the institutions of individual countries and European Union institutions.
 
Project ideas are created in cooperation with our partners from the countries in south-east Europe. For many years, we have been monitoring the problems regarding the development of individual countries and participating in the search of solutions. That is why we are aware of the challenge before us, but also confident in achieving the common goal.
 
We develop ideas, define processes and implement projects.

    Our ambitious goal is to develop the great potential of comprehensive regional cooperation of the countries in the region - Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo and Northern Macedonia.
     
    Slovenia and Croatia are members of the European Union. Serbia, Northern Macedonia and Montenegro have candidate status. Negotiations with the EU have so far only begun with Montenegro and Serbia. Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo have signed the Stabilization and Association Agreement, which is the preliminary stage for obtaining candidate status.
     
    The cooperation among people, companies and institutions, aimed at the common goal, is crucial for the development of south-east Europe. More and more regional countries see their interest and want to cooperate and participate in the creation of a common database. It will serve everyone to start the process of sustainable development on the basis of their own capabilities and strengths.

    The state institutions of south-east Europe such as chambers, trade associations or individual state ministries have shown interest in joining us as partners in the region. They are the initiators, moderators, coordinators or promoters of regional cooperation.
     
    Companies need an attractive and competitive regional environment to succeed. At the same time, the regions need successful companies which are attractive and competitive on the global market. The cooperation between regional partners and scientific organizations also aims to participate in setting incentives for sustainable regional development. Cooperative regional financing of projects with the support of companies would have a significant impact on economic development, employment and a secure future.
     
    Citizen participation is crucial in the process of regional development. In addition, our goal is to participate in connecting citizens with institutions and enable the benefit for everybody who wants to present their ideas and participate in the development.

    Networking, partnerships and joint cooperation are key prerequisites for stable and sustainable development of the economy and society.

    We all have and need neighbors. We solve problems together, work together, make decisions together and create new opportunities for a better future in our common European space. Since we participate in growing global challenges, cooperation is more important than ever.
     
    Illness, pollution or social unrest do not stop at borders. Common opportunities, interests, lifestyles and different cultures can serve all parties. We can build strong communities to bring people together despite borders. Together, we can provide citizens with better access to education, health care and employment. Together, we can improve accessibility and connectivity among people, as well as preserve our safety and protect cultural heritage and nature.
